Orders canceled while shipment is in transit will be subject to shipping charges.

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email or call our Customer Service Department at 800-282-9346 within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Products must be shipped back to Ashley's Arbors at the customers' expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Re-Stocking Fees: There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of more than 3 products.

Shipping Fees: If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.

All approved returns must have the RMA number on the original invoice that you obtained from our customer service department.
